These terms govern your use of chonkverse.com and the Chonkverse service, provided by Chonkverse ("we", "us"). By using Chonkverse, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chonkverse. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use Chonkverse with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for activity that happens under it. Keep your sign-in details secure and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

When using Chonkverse, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other players.
• Choose a username, bio or profile picture that is offensive, hateful, sexual or infringes the rights of others.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, its servers or networks, or try to gain unauthorized access.
• Use the service for anything illegal.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you provide, such as your username, bio and profile picture. You give us permission to host, display and share that content within Chonkverse so we can operate the service.

Our content

Chonkverse, including its worlds, characters, wearables, logo and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our permission.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Chonkverse and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if needed to protect the service or other players.

Disclaimers

Chonkverse is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chonkverse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Chonkverse after a change means you accept the updated terms.
